About the Founder

CEO Brian Hooks founded BCH Coaching to pursue his passion to make a difference in the world, through the growth and development of people.

During his 30 years of leadership and student development work , Brian most enjoyed the conversations on personal and professional growth that lead to the “aha” moments.

BCH Coaching is the space that he envisions to continue those conversations and partner with others in paving their path to go beyond their potential.
